Officially the best lunch ever, super easy to make and very delicious and nutritious: avocado on toast! Nutritious and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult and time-consuming.
A few slices of bread (for example this herb spelt bread)
One ripe avocado
Good quality virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster on in the oven until crisp and brown
2. Cut the avocado in slices and arrange on top
3. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and salt
