Hello world! I am a full time health marketeer, next to being a wife to a fabulously sporty hubby, mother of a three year old, marathon runner and overall health nut. Finn´s food is a blog with my quest to find and make healthy, whole foods to support our active lifestyle.
We are committed to eating well, and taking plenty of exercise. Just like everyone, I sometimes need a bit of additional motivation and follow through. I am starting this blog to give myself that little extra push to keep at it, find new recipes, keep improving my eating habits, lead by example for our son and share our habits and ideas with you.
A lot of the recipes on this blog will be gluten free, sugar free and dairy free. I do not, however, adhere to eating habits strictly “free from” anything specific, but rather believe in moderation and the healthy 80/20 rule. I love homemade anything and finding healthy alternatives to foods I enjoy and look forward to sharing these with you.
